Almond Butter Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Warning: These cookies have super powers.


  • 105 g Almond Butter
  • 15 g Honey (or maple syrup/agave)
  • 90 g Rolled Oats
  • 30 g Mixed Fruit
  • 100 g Unsweetened Apple Sauce*
  • 30 g Egg White
  • 10 g Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg


  1. Preheat the oven to 185C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then scoop out tablespoon amounts and place onto a lined baking try. Flatten with the back of a fork.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden. 

Recipe Notes

Can use other nut butters, the flavour will change accordingly but the consistency will work.

*I buy my unsweetened apple sauce from Tesco, but you make it by reducing apples in a pan.
