Vanilla Green Smoothie

Fancy getting your greens, your protein and eating something delicious and refreshing? Well this is the recipe for you.

I used FitChick’s Vanilla Vegan Protein which is  sugar free, vegan and gives this smoothie bowl a naturally sweet vanilla taste.

This low calorie, nutrient dense smoothie is perfect as a snack or refreshing treat.

Vanilla Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 g cucumber
  • 100 g frozen spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 scoop FitChick Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Lots of Ice
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Blend it all together and top with whatever you fancy, I like desiccated coconut, chia seeds and cacao nibs!
