I used FitChick’s Vanilla Vegan Protein which is sugar free, vegan and gives this smoothie bowl a naturally sweet vanilla taste.
Vanilla Green Smoothie
- 200 g cucumber
- 100 g frozen spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 scoop FitChick Vanilla Protein Powder
- Lots of Ice
- ½ cup water
Blend it all together and top with whatever you fancy, I like desiccated coconut, chia seeds and cacao nibs!
