Pumpkin Snack Bars 

When branded snack bars are so expensive, and often not even as good, I love making my own.

These seasonal bars are quick and easy and my new favourite tasty afternoon pick me up!

Pumpkin snack bars


  • 24 g PBFit
  • 240 g Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 70 g mashed banana
  • 220 g pear
  • 215 g Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg


  1. Pre heat the oven to 190C

  2. Mash the banana and add the wet ingredients.add dry ingredients and mix.

  3. Chop and add the pear and mix.

  4. Pour into a lined baking tray and bagel for 15 minutes.
