This reciPEA is easy PEAsy and makes me very hapPEA. PEAsonally, I love peas just for their pun PEAtential. They’re very apPEAling but before you get PEAd off I’ll apPEAse you and stop.
It’s a really versatile addition to many meals. It can also be made thicker by adding less yogurt and blending for less time to a give a chunky texture. I make it like this to top fritters.
Super easy accompaniment to a tuna or veggie burger, or a dip for snacking.
- 30 g Peas (I like petits pois) (can use frozen)
- 60 g Yogurt (I use alpro for a dairy free option)
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- pinch Salt
- handful Spinach
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
